Our assessment questionnaire, which has been designed by our team of expert clinicians, allows us to match your difficulties to the most suitable psychologist and therapy approach on the basis of your answers.
If you are not completely satisfied with our suggestion, we are happy to offer you alternative psychologists on request.

Following on from that you can be seen within a week by a qualified therapist suited to your needs.
Your employer or health care company may have arranged a set number of sessions for you. If this is the case and you feel you need more help, please tell us then we can ensure you have some support once your allocated sessions end.
