What is Online Coaching?
Online coaching - this is a personal opinion. But it will give you an understanding of how I will work with you.
Life coaching online is a synergistic relationship between a life coach and a client designed to help you reach your full potential.

More-or-less all successful people understand the benefits of investing time and effort in improving themselves. Life coaching is an investment that can provide benefits for the rest of your life.
Life Coaching is for everybody. But only the sensible ones realise they have some areas of deficit that would benefit from a pair of impartial eyes.
It is my job as an online life coach to challenge you. To push you to be specific on what you desire for your future. Also to look at the 'Why?' you desire it.
To create behavioural change you have to develop a mental change first. This is only possible by developing your self-awareness. This is where I come in - to help you adopt the most beneficial mindset to achieve your goals. We do this by utilising the best strategies and new routines to get there ASAP.
Life Coaching isn't for everyone and I may not even be the right online coach for you.

I approach coaching sensibly and realistically. I am not all 'gung ho' and 'jolly hockey sticks' or make unrealistic claims about the power of life coaching. The strategies and processes that we will use are the ones that are going to be the most effective for your need.
Much of what do is based on many years of practical experience, research, positive psychology, CBC - Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Ericksonian Techniques and guided imagery.
I will trust you implicitly and I expect the same in return. I will be on your side, even when those around you thing you are mad, bad or just sad!
Listening intently with empathy I will help you reach those seemingly impossible goals. You can expect absolute confidentiality from me. In return I will expect total commitment from you. It is my choice to only work with people intent on being the ultimate version of them self.
I cannot make you say, see, think or do anything you do not want to. I also do not possess have magic wand like a fairy godmother. But as you will find out I do own a proverbial whip at hand.
My Online Coaching Methodology and Processes
As a psychological and dynamic coach I work differently to many other coaches. They tend to have a standard set of coaching tools but very little knowledge of how the mind actually works. I work with your nonconscious beliefs and 'programming'. These control just about all of your 'automatic' negative thinking, feelings, emotions and behaviours.

The Coaching Process - OPAA
Objectives - Goals:
During our first session, we work out exactly what objectives are the most important for you to achieve.
Positive Psychology - Insight:
We will use to some models from Positive Psychology find out more about how you think, feel and behave. We may need to go deeper to investigate what is actually preventing being who you deserve to be.
We take those insights and turn them into actions. Those actions are built on individual strategies designed to achieve your goals. We eliminate limiting beliefs, unwanted behaviours and obstacles - real or perceived.
You are the only one accountable for completing the tasks set between sessions. You are the only one who can fail!
I will use some powerful and revealing questioning techniques to help you 'cut to the chase'. And find your problems then focus on results quickly
I may explain things to in terms of human psychology to help you understand yourself fully.
