I came to see you nearly 8 weeks ago about my fruit machine addiction and am happy to report I haven’t gone near one since, nor have I had the urge to. I need your help again regarding me giving up smoking and I know it is short notice but was wondering if you can fit me in before next Tuesday for treatment? Peter R.

Hi Richard,

I came to you for a one off session of hypnotherapy for blushing last year and am so happy with the results that I wondered if you can help me again. This time I wondered if you can help me overcome my anxiety of leaving my children. The main thing I find hard is going away in a car as I’m worried I might crash and not get to see my children again. Then the second part is flying as again I’m scared I won’t return to be with them. It isn’t too bad at the moment as it doesn’t stop me doing things but does play on my mind a lot before travelling anywhere. Also as you will be tackling fears, if I can add my fear of wasps/ bees into it all that would be great! I am also interested in knowing more about the gastric band too. Karen D.
