About Richard Wain
About Richard Wain. It was way back in the late 1970's that I became Staff Trainer, Mentor and Coach. This lead me to start my counselling training in 1980. I will have been a clinical hypnotherapist for over 30 years at the time of writing. I trained in "Old School" techniques but have always improved what I do by incorporating cutting-edge knowledge from Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Evolutionary Psychology and other research areas.
I may be getting older but my techniques are getting younger.
I have a reputation for rapid and permanent solutions to most problems and had quite a few well known sports, TV and local personalities are amongst my clients. They have seen me to have forerunners of Flourish Programme, (Responsive Hypnotherapy© and Will-Stop Hypnotherapy©). Please don’t ask who they are, as they are all covered by Confidentiality Ethics and have asked to remain anonymous.
All I can say is that they all had everyday problems, (including an eating disorder, phobia, lack of confidence and stress), except the sports and gymnastic personalities who had problems specific to their progress in performance. I have also worked with people withinthe fitness and bodybuilding industry with Body Dysmorphic Didorders. All now have their problems no more.
I am the author of: Could You Be A Brilliant Coach, Hypnotherapist or NLP Practitioner? A Career Option Guide. (Now out of print as it need updating)
It is my pleasure to be the founder of the Cressingham College of Hypnotherapy and Cressingham Coaching Academy and train well over 150 new Therapists and Coaches a year including Advanced and Senior Practitioners of Clinical Hypnotherapy. These courses are recognised up to Level 6.
